Professional SMT Component & Land Patterns CD-ROM

This current CD-Rom contains more than 2500 packages and their respective dimensioned land patterns in pdf format, by section. The 40 sections cover the entire breadth of SMT packages.

The package mechanicals are dimensioned using the nominal dimensions. Maximum dimensions are only used for high reliability packages or for component height.

This extensive library is the result of over 20 years of experience in SMT design and manufacturing by James C. Blankenhorn. This library is the leading source for pattern information and is currently used by over 1,200 companies around the world. The library is much more extensive and current than the IPC-SM-782 document with patterns optimised for maximum yields and minimum rework.

As an added feature for our customers, we offer free pattern support. If at anytime the package information is not available in our library the mechanical information can be sent to us and we will send you back a dimensioned land pattern. This is free during the year of purchase.
